Infrastructure Support

The Project

It was the dream of Baden-Powell to create an educational place where Scouts from all over the world could meet, learn from each other and live in peace all year round.
KISC is a non-profit organisation maintained with and by a young volunteer staff team. Because our goal is to allow as many young people from all over the world as possible to visit, large projects need to be externally financed by donations and other financial support.

Funding options

To celebrate the 100th Anniversary of KISC, along with the many upcoming events, we have some ambitious fundraising targets to help develop the infrastructure, deliver an incredible Centenary year, ensure the future of KISC and support the volunteer experience.

Take a look at the funding options below:

CELEBRATE

Throughout the year, we will gather in Kandersteg to celebrate 100 years of inspiring young people to create a better world.

SUPPORT

Our vision is that the centenary will be the beginning of the next 100 years with Baden-Powell’s dream of a Permanent Mini Jamboree.

Volunteer

Kandersteg International Scout Centre has been run by volunteers since 1923. Join the team that creates lifelong memories.
