KISC JOTI

19 - 26 February 2023

The KISC JOTI online event is a symbol of diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. It brought the magic of KISC virtually, reaching countries we never reached before and enabling Scouts and non-Scouts to be inspired to create a better world.

Event information

Kandersteg International Scout Centre (KISC) in Switzerland is often referred to as the Permanent Mini Jamboree.  Unfortunately, not everyone is able to visit KISC in person to take part in the mini jamboree. So as part of the 2023 celebrations for the centenary of KISC, we invited Scouts and Groups around the globe to our Jamboree On The Internet; KISC JOTI.

KISC Joti

A virtual online jamboree, where Scouts and Guides around the world will be able to take part in a special programme of activities.

Dates

19th - 26th February

The event ran from 19th to 26th February.  The bulk of the ‘live’ activities was live-streamed during the weekend 24, 25, 26 February. These are still available for you to watch.  Many units decided to take part in KISC JOTI activities throughout this weekend. The activities were suitable for the entire unit alongside patrol-based activities to enable as wide a range of Scouts and Guides as possible to take part in the event.
